Since our founding in 1927 (Showa 2), we have been producing soy sauce in our traditional brewery with a commitment to high-quality ingredients and time-honored methods.
After the post-war controlled economy period, we focused on seasonings for tsukudani (soy-simmered delicacies), which have been utilized by tsukudani factories within Shodoshima.

Shodoshima Hand-Stretched Somen Sabee is a hand-stretched somen noodle manufacturing and direct sales store with a dining facility, located in Ikeda, Shodoshima-cho, Shodo-gun, Kagawa.
We offer our own hand-stretched somen noodles, including dried noodles served as Rei-tsuke Somen (cold dipping somen) and fresh noodles served as Olive Nama Somen (fresh olive somen).
