
About the Kindai Seimen Group
Our company manufactures and sells a wide range of products at our own factory on Shodoshima Island, floating in the Seto Inland Sea. Led by certified hand-stretched noodle craftsmen of the highest grade, we preserve the nearly 400-year-old traditional hand-stretched noodle-making method to produce somen, udon, soba, pasta, and more. We also offer Shodoshima specialties such as dashi soy sauce, tsukudani (soy-simmered delicacies), olive oil, and pasta sauces, available as individual items or in gift sets.
Our freshly pressed Shodoshima dashi soy sauce, made from the same raw soy sauce as our award-winning "light soy sauce" recognized at the 2012 National Soy Sauce Competition, has been highly praised by our customers.
