Kindai Seimen Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells a wide range of products, including somen noodles, udon, soba, pasta, dashi soy sauce, tsukudani (preserved food simmered in soy sauce), olive oil, and pasta sauces. These products are made at our own factory on Shodoshima Island, floating in the Seto Inland Sea, where we uphold the nearly 400-year-old traditional hand-stretched noodle-making method, led by certified hand-stretched noodle craftsmen of the highest grade. We offer both individual items and gift sets featuring the specialties of Shodoshima.
